ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF CONTRACT

This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER's website.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION

Product Details:

• Product specifications, images, and descriptions as shown on the website
• Prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TL) and include VAT
• Product images are representative; actual products may vary slightly
• Product availability subject to stock

Payment Information:

• Accepted payment methods: Credit card, debit card, bank transfer
• All payments processed securely through encrypted systems
• Payment confirmation required before order processing

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY INFORMATION

Processing Time:

• Orders processed within 1-2 business days
• Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays
• Email confirmation sent when order is shipped

Delivery:

• Coverage: Turkey nationwide
• Shipping Cost: FREE for all orders
• Delivery Time: 2-4 business days (standard)
• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (major cities)
• Tracking: Provided for all shipments

Delivery Conditions:

• Delivery to address provided by BUYER
• ID verification may be required
• If BUYER is not available, package may be left with authorized person
• Failed delivery attempts will result in package being held at local carrier branch

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 6502:

Withdrawal Period:

• 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery
• No reason required for withdrawal
• Written notification must be sent to SELLER

Withdrawal Procedure:

1. Email notification to: socialzionlabs@gmail.com
2. Include order number and withdrawal request
3. Return product in original condition and packaging
4. Return shipping costs borne by BUYER

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Product must be unused and undamaged
• Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
• Product must be returned within 10 days of withdrawal notification

Refund Process:

• Refund processed within 14 days of receiving returned product
• Payment returned to original payment method
• SELLER not responsible for bank processing delays

Non-Withdrawable Products:

• Customized or personalized products
• Products that cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons if packaging opened

ARTICLE 6 - SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS

The SELLER undertakes to:

• Deliver the product within specified timeframe
• Provide products matching website descriptions
• Maintain product quality standards
• Process refunds within legal timeframes
• Provide customer service support
• Protect BUYER's personal data in accordance with KVKK (GDPR equivalent)

ARTICLE 7 - BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS

The BUYER undertakes to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during order
• Make payment within specified timeframes
• Be available for delivery or arrange alternative delivery
• Inspect products upon delivery
• Follow return procedures if withdrawal right is exercised
• Bear return shipping costs for withdrawal

ARTICLE 8 - DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

Payment Default:

• If BUYER fails to make payment, order will be cancelled
• Legal action may be taken for fraudulent orders

Delivery Default:

• If delivery fails due to BUYER's fault (wrong address, unavailability), additional fees may apply
• Uncollected packages returned to SELLER may incur re-shipping costs

ARTICLE 9 - FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from:

• Natural disasters, epidemics, governmental actions
• Internet or system failures
• Carrier/shipping company issues beyond SELLER's control
• Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

ARTICLE 10 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Applicable Law: This contract is governed by Turkish law.

Jurisdiction: For consumer disputes:

• Consumer Arbitration Committees
• Consumer Courts
• Located in BUYER's place of residence or contract location

Monetary Limits (2024):

• Up to 11,910 TL: Consumer Arbitration Committee mandatory
• Above 11,910 TL: Consumer Courts
• Values updated annually by Ministry of Trade

• Address complaints can be made online or in person

ARTICLE 11 - PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK):

• Personal data collected only for order processing and customer service
• Data not shared with third parties without consent
• BUYER has right to access, correct, or delete personal data
• Detailed information available in Privacy Policy

ARTICLE 12 - CONTRACT VALIDITY

Effective Date: This contract becomes effective when BUYER places an order and makes payment.

Acceptance: By completing the order process, BUYER confirms:

• Reading and understanding all contract terms
• Accepting all provisions of this contract
• Being legally capable of entering into this agreement

Modifications:

• Contract modifications must be in writing
• SELLER may update terms with advance notice
• Continued use of website constitutes acceptance of modifications

ARTICLE 13 - FINAL PROVISIONS

Severability: If any provision of this contract is deemed invalid, remaining provisions continue to be valid.

Language: This contract is prepared in English. Turkish translation available upon request.
